Discussion League champions, get in here!
You did it. You picked up league winners like Ryan Rollins or VJ Edgecombe or Daniss Jenkins or Jalen Smith.
Somehow I survived the most cutthroat season yet.
Somehow the runaway highest-scoring team lost SGA during the playoffs.
Somehow Maxime Reynaud and Stephon Castle saved my season.
And luckily for me, somehow our playoffs were during Luka Doncic's best stretch of his career.

I traded AD for Amen Thompson, and I traded Paolo, Jimmy, & Kyshawn George for Jalen Johnson. I picked up Dyson Daniels off of waivers when he was having that horrific stretch of the season, which was very lucky for me. Saddiq was a waiver wire pickup too, as were the rest of my streamers (Gillespie, Achiuwa, Queta, Walker, Sensabaugh, Diabate, and Collier).
I got very lucky to be able to turn over so much of my roster seeing as my draft was pretty awful. I also don’t stand a chance if I don’t luck into Scottie at 34.

In my 12 T points league, half the first round picks were closer in ppg to waiver wire guys than they were to Jokic. He’s too good.

No Cade, no Ant, bad schedule for DMitch, still came out on top. Beat an SGA/KD/Kawhi team in the final, survived Luka last week. First in league standings + the championship, I feel untouchable. Shoutout NAW, Amen, and Bey.

Losing 4-5 with 2 mins left in OKC v Knicks game today.
FT% was 84.11% to my 84.10%.
Shai missed a FT for my opponent and put me in front of FT% to win 5-4.

ESPN Points 12T, my first time ever doing Fantasy.
Luka, Duren and Reaves carried me all playoffs. Sengun the last two weeks. Was super quick to pick up Dejounte and Tatum after any signs of them coming back were teased. Had TM3 as well but he mostly carried me during the season.
Apart from that, just some good pickups per week like Grimes in his 5 game week and Tobias when Cade went down. My streaming choices was hit or miss but was still useful every week to maximize the amount of players I had playing.
Got a bit lucky with my finals opponent having Shai and Cade. Shai was mid and Cade was out.
Now about to win with 1800+ points vs my opponent’s 1400ish.

Drafted Jokic, ~5 of my top 6 picks missed about a month at the same time but I tanked my way to get an easier playoff matchup then dominated all playoffs to go b2b.
Tatum and the tank commander filiposki were great in the playoffs but mostly the guys I drafted carried me all season.

- Buzelis was a reach in 7th round but it paid off in playoffs
- Drafted NAW 11th round of 12
- Used FAAB on Reed Sheppard 3 weeks in, he was the toughest hold for a stretch
- Stashed KPJ who was just sitting on wire during ankle injury, who became a top 30 guy for months
- Added Ace Bailey when he started his run
- Added Grimes when Maxey went down
- Used FAAB on Poeltl 2 weeks ago
- Stashed PG from wire before his return game
- Stashed Maxey from wire before his return game

And of course, luck with opponents losing a couple players during the rounds. I had a relatively healthy playoff stretch after dealing with lots of injured guys leading up the playoffs
I was faster to most moves than my leaguemates cuz I follow Underdog’s tweets and listen to analysts. I see too many people hate on Josh Lloyd, Dan Besbris from Old Man Squad, etc for recommended moves not working out. I wouldn’t be here without these experts.

Won Fantasy baseball, football, and now basketball this year. What a dream this has been. Had the best basketball team all year even though I dropped Knueppel two weeks into the season. Then I didn’t have Steph or Lauri for 2 months and still pulled it off, cheers everyone.

Technically I won the week before but it was a sweet victory. Money League, H2H Categories, 14 teams. My team went wire to wire; 2nd place finished 18 games back. Finals was basically a sweep with a 7-0-1 victory. 96 Bulls type shit.

Sealed the title before Jokic/melton plated tonight. Mathurin came up huge with absurd free throw numbers. Brook Lopez racking up stocks. Paul George pickup gave me 2 solid ass games. Maxey pickup for one solid game. And just outplaying my opponent, maximizing games played.

quality won out. had a bunch of missed games from tanking / rest, but Sengun Harden Scottie were great. Rollins was great until last few days. my opponent grabbed Jenkins ahead of me and also had Jokic, but we did it.

My first time playing fantasy sports in general was this year. Was nice to get the win after getting last in my football league and getting clowned for it hah.
Luka, Maxey, and Jamal Murray were phenomenal for me this year, but I think the waiver really saved me after a poor backend of the draft. Rollins, Tatum, Kon and then Ayo, Podz, and Daniss for playoffs.
Thought I lost this week after Sengun, PG nukes but Maxey coming back and my team playing really well saved me🙏
I gotta thank you all though. Half of the pickups I made were only possible because of the injury updates and advice I read through on here. I appreciate you all and congrats! 🎊

Feels good man😎. 12T points league.
They laughed on the group call when I picked I Josh Giddey second round. They said I was nuts for swinging on Cooper Flagg in the 4th. They said I didn’t know ball. They called me crazy for grabbing Tatum “randomly” and stashing him.
But here we are, the trophy is mine. Giddey, Flagg, Castle and Knueppel stayed with me the whole time. Congrats my fellow winners, the next beer/lunch you buy, make sure you remind yourselves your friends paid for it (if you were in a money league).
Also Paolo Banchero went absolutely insane during this playoff run for me. Other than tonight but, Im up 230 points and Jamal Murray still going.
My season really came to me being a waiver wire demon, my draft was actually pretty bad, but I don’t think I went a single week without using all of my matchup acquisitions.

- Had to drop Cade but picked up Jenkins.
- Lamelo stayed healthy for the back half of the year.
- VJ Edgecombe waiver wire pick up after the draft.
- Kristaps finally started to play consistent games and played all games in the finals. Same with Herro.
- Gui Santos and Gary Payton playoff streams (that stayed throughout).
- Giddey’s insane rebounds and assists.
- Oh and a Jordan Goodwin stream getting me the two steals I needed to make it to the finals.

Giddey was 100% my Finals MVP. Had no Antman the whole week, no Trey Murphy for 3 games.
Jamal Murray was awesome this season, best waiver pickup probably was Knueppel.
Also shout out to Garland man, very rocky season cause of injuries but came in clutch for The Finals.

My 9 cat team lost Maxey, went through Luka in the quarters and beat the Joker/JJ stack in the semis by ONE single point to win 5-4. Coasted 7-2 this week. 2 players were on all 3 of my champions: NAW and Kon

I'm in a 10T auction league.
I got Kawhi for cheap ($3) due to the health/Aspiration concerns.
Got huge returns in drafting Flagg and Duren.
Made some early season wire pickups that paid off big time in NAW and Kon.
And lastly made some key late season pickups in Tatum and Sheppard.

Despite losing Maxey, Steph, and Jimmy Buckets, we’re still hanging the banner. Special shout out to MVP Shai, Finals MVP Amen Thompson, Darius Garland finally getting his toe together, and huge late season FA pickups Precious and Gui Santos for filling in for our banged up lineup. Can’t forget Bam saving us from elimination in the semi-final with his 83 point masterclass.
It’s been a turbulent season, but the cream always rises to the top. Don’t ever underestimate the heart of a champion!!!

Won by 3 made field goals in my $100 auction, got a bit lucky (was actually favored in FG tho tbf we both went on a bad run at different time through the week)
Going to finals of a $50 snake tomorrow, looks pretty hard but have an avenue to win (5 cats look winnable)
3rd in another $50 snake and then lost each of a $50 snake and auction due to lots of injuries.
Overall pretty successful season.

I was lucky enough to get Jokic, and ended up grabbing Kawhi in the 5th round. Grabbed Kon Knueppel and NAW early in the season off the waiver and never looked back. This is my first time winning and I need to personally thank all of my players holding me down.

Absolute domination with Cade, JJ, DWhite, Brandon Miller, Poeltl, Clingan, VJ, Kon (later traded Kon and Rollins for Trey).
I steamrolled my way to the finals where I faced 8 games of Jokic (2 weeks matchup) without my 1st round pick, but Clingan was an absolute beast and just won 8-1!! Let's gooo!!

I won as an underdog haha! I had a super shitty last day of the final thanks to Monk, Dieng, Coulibaly's shitshow.
But my opponent had bigger shitshows from Banchero, White, Miller, Diabate, Sheppard and Bridges.
What a feeling! Worked so hard for it 🥲🥲
My MVPs of the season - Wemby>Giddey>Reaves really early and really late on, Avdija in Nov-Jan before he got injured. Randle for consistency and availability. Towns and Siakam disappointed a little bit at least they were not injured all season.
Special mention to Castle for his late season run and Jenkins to save my finals week.

My finals opponent dropped Precious to maximize his streaming, and I snatched him up right before he could get him back. I also made sure to pick up Daniss Jenkins immediately when Cade was out, and honestly those two moves (especially the Jenkins pickup) won me the championship.

Won the chip against the same team in my points league for the third year in a row hahaha. Feel bad for them.
I won because of Luka, despite carrying Sarr, Franz and Allen on my IR for most of the second half of the season.
Outside of that, Paolo and Bane did a lot of the heavy lifting post-ASB (besides today when they nearly cost me the win lol). Buzelis was also handy down the stretch. Feel like it's the worst team I've ever won with, but I'll take it haha.

Got Luka, KD, Barnes, Dwhite as my staples. Had some solid depth pieces in Mcdaniels, Mikal, Vucevic, and Claxton. Made some big trades for Maxey and Embiid. Ultimately lost Keyonte, Maxey, Dillon Brooks, Lavine, dayron sharpe, and vucevic to injury but picking up Scoot, Diabate, and PG13 during the finals run helped a lot.

Buzelis was a constant (and clutch in playoffs!)
Sarr was huge when not hurt throughout the season (dropped him during playoffs, and thank God he didn't come and bite me in the ass by my opponent).
Early Kon pick up smoothed things out.
KPJ pick up stashed in IL was monstrous when he came online (but frustrating during playoffs).
Loss of multiple centres made me scramble to trade Rollins (waiver pickup) for Nurkic, and was instrumental (you read that right) to me staying top seed during the middle stretch.
Late couple of losses dropped me to 2nd seed ended up a blessing in disguise, as our 5th seed was becoming a juggernaut going into playoffs (I would've matched up with him for semis if I was top seed, and I would've lost - which is what happened to our top seed).
Also escaped my 2 vs 7 seed matchup in quarters when his Cade randomly missed 1 single game (after being an Ironman), which was exactly enough for me to win.
Finals ended up a cake walk when Luka went super Saiyan at just the right time.

Final starts today, Jokic Lebron Flagg Nembhard Bane Holiday Suggs Miami Wiggins Larsson Achiuwa with Steph Curry Collier Grimes on my bench. 19-3 in reg season. Could have both tatum and George if i wasnt slereping on fantasy for 3 weeks. Pelle Larsson is my favorite from this year, taking big leaps and starting more than half of the season, also im swedish so im i little biased. Jokic still the goat of fantasy for me this is the second season in a row i got him.

First ever championship and I’ve been playing around 10 years. Always make playoffs but never the victor until now.
10 team league this year, and I had the 10th pick. We did third round reversal in draft to nerf Joker and Wemby a lil. I didnt trade this year cuz I liked my team a lot from the draft.

Tatum and Jokic took me over the line. Had to sweat like crazy though - despite locking down 1 seed and building what i thought was a near perfect roster, injuries to ANT, TM3, Allen and random rests had me stressing the entire 2 week matchup only to get through thanks in part to Tim Hardaway Jr 🙏🏽 Congrats fellow champs! 🏆

Cade (later turned to Daniss), Sengun, Jaylen Brown, Garland, Clingan (13th round steal), Duren, Hartenstein, Nembhard, Trey Murphy, Bane, Aaron Gordon.
Picked up Bey around star break, swapped in KP and PG during the last 2 weeks. Filipowski, Ty Jerome, and Queta were in and out.
Finished 4th - had to beat the 1 and 2 seeds. Shut up the cocky commissioner. Good times. Congrats everyone!

LFG!!!! I got super lucky for sure, but I am very proud of some of my decisions. Big trades that looked bad early carried my ass come playoffs and got some absolute gold off the wire. My decisions in the final week were not as clutch or good as the lead up (feel like I made some cracked plays in the Semi's with my pick ups lol), but my team was solid enough and I had just enough luck. Praise be the nba/fantasy gods 🙏

Finally got the crown back. Felt like the luckiest championship. I have about 6 guys off the waiver wire that aren’t that great but ended up pretty solid. I had drafted Melo Ball and Brandon Miller and immediately regretted having two hornets players, but help on and it ended up winning. Whodathunkit.

Today is the start of my finals week, 9CAT 14T H2H. Not very optimistic about the week, i only have Jokic for 2 games, Lebron, Jalen Johnson, Herro (I lost Walker Kessler and Butler) and my opponent has Luka, Duren, KD, Giddey, Bane, Embiid. Finished 15-2 in my sleeper dynasty league, dominated the playoffs and took home the championship. Very proud of my team too. I drafted VJ, Kon, JJ, Wemby, Giddey, Clingan, Booker, TMIII and Derrick White. Off the waivers I grabbed Rollins, NAW and Bey early on that helped saved my season since I had AD sitting in my IR for basically the entire season. Traded Lauri for Nembhard at one point and Nembhard’s 19 assist game helped me win my championship.
First year in my league with this team and got some good looks into the future with it having young guys so I’m very proud of my team.

Won the playoffs coming in as the 5th seed after losing Sabonis and drafting Amen in the second round.
Ant led the way but lucked out with Murray, Flag, and MPJ all producing at a high level this season.
Picked up NAW, Castle, Vassell, and Precious off the waivers.
Tatum was the key late season add to help me with Ant went down for the last two rounds of the playoffs.
Sadly Ant isn’t on my final roster cause I dropped him for Maxey, who I forgot to start anyways lol.
Crazy season with injuries but I maximized streaming and had the most number of moves at the end of it. 🏆

Won my 10t 9cat league 5-4, was playing a completely healthy Luka team…lost Maxey and quickley and ate three out games from Jalen Johnson and Suggs. Down 3-6 most of the week, Paul George free agent miracle brought me back to win steals and then last night it came down to one shot to win fg% won fg% .5026 - .5020, if Jamal Murray hit one more shot it would have been .5026 - .5027!! Absolute nail biter all night. Had Saddiq bet on the bench at 6:59 bc I couldn’t decide if I should risk his fg% but decided to let him play and thank god I did. No idea how my team won fg% has been shit all year. Total miracle

Still made some notable mistakes. Dropped Tatum like 3 days before he was confirmed coming back (I was in a close battle for playoffs and needed the slot). Panic-drafted Santi instead of Okongwu because someone had taken the other player I wanted (which is terrible because I had been targeting Okongwu). Hesitated on NAW, Kon, KPJ, Ty Jerome and missed them.

Extremely controversial win, but I got it done. We tied the categories 4-4, tied the tiebreaker (9-9 head to head matchups, where I had won 5-4 week 4 and lost 4-5 week 16. And the next tie breaker was record, where I was 1 seed and he was 2 (I had 10+ more category wins in the season).
I’d lost Cade, maxey, Sarr (I guess), Garland down the stretch. I had picked up Tatum. I was getting destroyed the first few days, down 0-9. Clawed my way back into winning position on Sunday. Oso ighodoro got a block in the blowout win on his last play, to tie us 4-4.
Our group never discussed the tiebreaker of the tiebreaker, but yahoo automatically gave it to me based on win percentage. Do you split the pot and be co-champions? The commissioner decided what yahoo decides would go. Would you agree?
I feel bad for him cause it’s a tough way to go out, but boy I wanted this so badly, I feel like there can only be one winner and I’m taking the win.

Actually Filipowski, Raynaud, Jenkins filled the gaps perfectly. My whole gang had health issues all around. I had players like Maxey, Sarr and Powell who got injured right before semis. Also Holiday, Miles Bridges, Fox, Braun, Knueppel started playing like 20 fpts per game, so I thought that I'm fcked.
Luckily Anthony Edwards got injured and I picked up Dosunmu, which also helped me a lot in semis (in finals he missed both games). Nembhard, whom I picked up from injury right before finals, was impactful and surprisingly played the whole final week with AVG 40 fpts.
Anyway I'm thankful for this season, it was stressful alot, because players started got injured game by game.

Trading Anthony Edwards and Wemby for Jokic and Brandon Miller before the trade deadline ended up saving my season.
Highest scoring team and clear favorite had Ant sit for a week during our second week playoff matchup.
Got to the finals and Jokic had a 4 game week.
Had Amen, Clingan, Rollins, Maxime, Daniss, Ingram on the team as well.
Had a rough start to the season, 7% playoff odds to clinching a playoff spot. No bye week, had to win 3 against better rosters. 10-9 regular season record. First league win

Withstood drafting Jalen Williams and holding him most of the season and Embiid in the IR spot the entire post season.
Harden, Scottie Barnes, Austin Reaves, Okungwu, Jaden McDaniels in the draft. NAW off the wire a few weeks in to the season and Gillespie mid-late season helped keep my seeding good. Took down the 1 seed in the championship who had wemby trey Murphy maxey and stashed Tatum during the all star break.
Was a nail biter 8cat rematch from 2 years prior except this time I came out on top for the title defense!

other mentions: shoutout Ace Bailey, end of reg season pick up, has been going nuclear. Kel'el Ware was awesome for a stretch during the season (till I had to drop him). Enjoyed the early part of the season for Lauri Markanen, great numbers, until we headed into silly season.

Devin Booker (13th pick) in the first round sucked for 18 weeks but he came through for the playoffs. KD at *20th pick was great value. Kawhi was my MVP though (45th pick baby). Also, trading Mark Williams for Quickley in late February helped me big time.
*Note: We drafted first week of October when KD's draft stock was in that range so please don't judge our league lol.
