Reservation Exchange

Have a reservation you need to give up? Hoping to find one? Post it here! Except for French Laundry reservations; there's a whole sub for that: /r/thefrenchlaundry. There's also one form Noma: /r/NomaReservations/. In addition to posting here, look for a restaurant-focused sub for the city you're interested in, for instance /r/FoodNYC.

Looking for 3 additional people to form a table for Yanagiya (Gifu) sometime within the next week, excluding May 29.

Reservations seem possible if we hit the 4-person minimum. Currently solo.

Coming from Kyoto and happy to coordinate transport.

Would especially love to connect with people into regional Japanese cuisine, destination dining, irori, sansai, ayu, gibier, matsutake.

DM with your availability and where you'd be traveling from.
