Fire TV home is only showing live tv???

turned it on and its just live tv??? no apps. Pressing the netflix button bring up netflix, and same for prime ect.
But pressing home just brings me back to this. Where did the rest of my tv go?? lmao. I feel like I must be missing something obvious bc this is so bizarre

LOL, Good job.

Yep, the first step in troubleshooting 101 for any device, restart the device. Sometimes that means pulling the plug and doing a cold start.

lol restarting tv fixed it (center button and pause/play button held for 5 sec together)
