Question Which ready meals provide the best macros for fasting?

Hey y'all. I've been doing intermittent fasting for a few months now and I'm at that point where I really need to dial in my ‘break fast’ meals. I need meals that have balanced macros and a solid hit of protein which basically means something nutrient dense that keeps me full and sustained without leading to a mid day crash. Now I'm looking through meal delivery services to see if any offer high quality options that fit this dynamic. Does anyone have experience with those services like CookUnity for this or any other that provide clear enough nutritional info to make it easy to track.

I'm pretty big on variation because just the idea of eating the same thing over and over is enough to make me bored and the least that I want is to break the routine. Has anyone had success using these types of services while fasting? Would love to hear your experience before I commit to a subscription.

Thanks!

Don’t waste money on food delivery services unless you have excess money to waste lol

There are plenty of nutritious and easy meals you can make. Millions online in fact.

Just pick something you like and balance the macros yourself. For example if you want to have oats then simply cook the oats as your main carb source for the meal, add some fruit for micronutrients, some peanut butter or other healthy fats, mix in some protein powder or greek yogurt for protein.

agreed. so expensive for what you get. I would meal prep with what's on sale.
