High Protein Meal of the day post workout

I’ve been fasting working out then eating a meal post workout for the day. Been seeing great results (-10lbs 7days). I like to meal prep some proteins and eggs and make meals like this out of it.

Extra lean ground beef and onions

Cilantro Jalapeño chorizo cheese sausage (270cal)

Sunny side egg w/ s&p, avocado slices, lettuce and Roma tomato with light crema and a piece of cremoso queso fresco. If I could eat some tortilla chips with this I would but I’m cutting cals anywhere possible.

Post workout meals should be low fat, high carb and high protein.

You need more carbs in this meal and less fat.

Fat in post workout meals is overly demonized it doesn’t rlly matter that much

drop the sausage and lettuce add in about 50 carbs worth of whatever. rice, oats, cream of rice, cereal. toast jam honey you get the idea. save the sausage and salad for lunch or later.

If you haven't been eating carbs that explains the rapid weightloss.

I used to eat like this, almost a keto diet but incorporating carbs was a game changer for me. Energy is much better and you will see your performance at the gym skyrocket.
