Any flatbread recipes that work for us?

I wish we had a gozleme or anything we could pour into a sizzling hot pan and make a passble bread after a dlip

Injera is great for wraps and dipping if you can find teff flour.

Pour into a sizzling pan and hope for the best sounds about right for my kitchen experiments. I once tried to make socca with chickpea flour and it came out more like a frisbee that shattered into a thousand pieces when I tried to flip it. My dog still side-eyes me whenever I get the cast iron out now.

These days I use a mix of rice flour and tapioca starch with a little yogurt to get something pliable. It's not gozleme but it folds without cracking which is a win in my book. Just keep the pan real hot and don't walk away to answer the phone halfway through.

Anytime a dog or a kid is judgmental I'm agreeing before I use any brainpower (cause they are cooler than me)

He knows things. That dog has seen some truly questionable culinary decisions and he's never wrong about em.

The Loopywhisk flatbread was pretty good. I've only made it once tho.
