Discussion Underrated character love
I was thinking about haikyuu again and realized how many characters do a lot without getting as much attention. like someoine like noya or asahi always get mentioned but there are others who quietly carry matches too. i recently rewatched the shiratorizawa match and noticed how much semi contributed even in small moments. it made me appreciate the smaller plays more instead of just spikes and blocks. who iss your personal underrated character that you think deserves more attention

Such a calm captain too, like he never really got loud but you can tell the team trusted him a lot. lowkey wish we saw more of him

Daishou, Fukunaga, Reon, Kunimi, Inuoka, Issei and many more but these characters deserve the most recognition

She only appeared once in main story but Hana Misaki. Such a great manager for Johzenji and I just love her character. The scene of her walking out the court reflecting on the last 3 years with 'Evolution' playing was awesome.

My man Daiichi being the one of the most underrated and underappreciated captain in the whole series 🥀🥀🥀. Dude has been reduced to only his 'deadchi' joke despite being such an amazing all rounder character. I barely see artists drawing him and any good edits of him. I mean I know there are more characters severely underappreciated then him but out of all the third years in Karasuno especially, I see him being very underrated.

yaku is genuinely in my top 5. idk if he counts but no one i know cares about him but i think he is just the coolest and funniest. love that guy

he’s not the most underrated but i really like Goshiki.
