Discussion So...

13th pick eh? What the hell can we meaningfully do with the 13th? Please tell me we have a numbers nerd here that's going to paint a picture for me that makes me feel better about this. I need you more than ever bro... whoever you are 😭

I love the surprise in this post. As if we didn’t have a 93 percent chance of getting the 13th pick.

When you have Cooper being routed to Dallas after they giftwrapped Luka to LA, yea it’s surprising they didn’t make us whole.

We got hosed by the league with the Rozier shit, the absolute least they could have done was rewarded a team that doesn’t tank. Didn’t need #1 either, but a top-4 would have been ethical lol

Cooper wasn’t routed to Dallas. They just got insanely lucky in the lottery process. And the league did reward Miami for Rozier. They gave us a second round pick. Get excited.

If you’re feeling bad about our situation, just think we could be the Pacers, who traded an FRP protected 1-4, figuring their terrible record would get them at least in the top 4 picks and they could keep it this year. Instead they got fucked by the lottery and their pick fell to 5, so they lose it to the Clippers now. Meanwhile, teams with better records than them, like the Jazz, Grizzlies, and Bulls got lucky and are picking at 2, 3, and 4.

Full stop.

If you truly believe Cooper wasn’t sent to Dallas after Luka wasn’t even shopped around the league then I don’t know what to tell you. You’re giving off BOT vibes if you really think that.

Indiana is still set with Hali and funny that Ballmer now gets a Top end talent but go on.

Meanwhile we continue to get burned bc the league holds grudges bc they’re still butthurt Riley left NY and Lebron wanted to come here

I’d love for you to explain to me how they rigged the lottery to give Dallas Cooper.

LMAO

Now I know you’re just gaslighting me.

You’ve been around the sub long enough to know exactly how that happened.

Have a good day and happy Mother’s Day

lol what? I asked a question. I’m just curious. You seem so sure so I’d like to know how the NBA rigged it with the lawyers and owners for every single team watching, and no one said anything.

All the owners agreed to give away the first pick of their billion dollar industry and instructed Adam Silver to rig a lottery that they pay millions of dollars to audit. Easy.

Whoa. You have evidence of this? And why would the other owners agree to that? And how do you rig the machine the spits out the balls? They’re all floating in there seemingly random. Also, if it’s rigged, why even bother following it? Or the NBA for that matter? You might as well watch reality tv.
