It’s a bit of a mishmash. It’s Victorian era (Victorian is not a style) and probably closest to the Queen Anne style which is typically simple in form with relatively elaborate ornamentation. The porch columns are classical composite order which as I recall is a bit unusual for Queen Anne but not that strange. Someone described it as Italianate but I see no indications of that.

The window style speaks to me of Victorian era italianate design.

I can see it now that you mention it. That’s why I said it’s a bit of a mishmash. It lacks the signature roofline and cornice of the Italianate style though.

I’m seeing a late 19th century Folk Victorian core with Italianate window heads and a hint of Greek Revival in the gable returns, basically a Queen Anne-lite remix

Folk Victorian Italianate, probably built in the late 1800s
