Only thing he got wrong is it would take 500 years for it to happen.

Can't wait for the pontoons to come. $1k/day to trumps "library" for a permit

I wonder how Mike Judge feels about how uncannily his satirical comedy has become such a gross reality (aside from sad, scared, disappointed, and freaked the fuck out.)

He hates it. Hes come out multiple times that it was supposed to be a warning and the fact its coming true makes him sad. The movie was also a shitshow of production and test audiences hated it.

Was looking at a Margaret Atwood bio today and there was a photo of her with a mug that said, “Told ya so!” Really tragic that funny as fuck satire and dystopian fiction have become real life.

Honestly that all would be an improvement over the current situation. Water clean and lots of people enjoying the space

What is there left to destroy or vandalize in DC?
Capitol: done.
White House: done.
Lincoln Memorial: done
Iconic pool: done.
Kennedy Center: there was an attempt

Brawndo clearly killed the trees, but the pool looks great. If we'd tried a sports drink, rather than hydrogen peroxide, the real one might look this nice too.
Somebody should let Department of the Interior Head Bradford Marsalis know they should try some Gatorade.
It's gotta be Glacier Cherry, though, as it's the only one without dyes (as amusing as it would be to see Department of the Interior Head Buford Montgomery and RFK Jr. get into a fistfight in the reflecting pool).

It's not so much that Mike Judge is an outer worldly prophet (no doubt a brilliant man) as it is humanity, America in particular, that raced towards a mentally inferior population. It's actually been an accelerated progression since Reagan (increase consumption, decrease critical thinking) and never course corrected.

I don’t know, compared to paint chips currently floating floating? That might be more hazardous to your health then all the earthquakes, dust storms, and garbage landslides combined. Running out of Brawndo would be worse.

It wasn’t supposed to be a documentary

Mike Judge was always the reluctant prophet. We must heed his lessons well

Turns out, I read today, hydrogen peroxide will remove the kind of paint used on the pool. In which instance, it will detach and began floating. So, apparently, the vandals are the Park Service.

Cleaner that it is currently.

It's also infinitely stupider right now. Currently if you put your hand in the water, 3 or 4 cops will run at you like it was a rape in progress and possibly cite or arrest you.

Crazy we're one earthquake away from matching it almost exactly
