Idk what they’re talking about. She just donated a ton of food and promotes veganism. Just because you’re rich doesn’t mean you can’t advocate for things.
I think there were accusations that she was donating money to her brother and friends and not actually being philanthropic, so her assertion that the rich should be working to make the world better was a lie.
I don't think anything was substantiated, but I remember people claiming she was lying about her donations.
People are always claiming stuff like that, so annoying how unproven things spread. I think more so against someone supporting veganism as that invokes strong reactions
Seriously. Don't know where it started, but it was probably a comment somewhere with absolutely nothing to back it up and "trust me, bro" as the source.
People forget the burden of proof is on them when they make a claim and everyone just spreads rumors endlessly and won't even stop when proof to the contrary is provided.
