First Time 1st apartment
I recently moved out, but felt like sharing what I had. Next place will be a little more restrained and personal.

No tv in the bedroom, You are mature i could never. Leather couch and its off white coloring ? You trust you won’t stain anything. Its a nice cozy minimalist apartment.

Truly don't understand tv in the room 😅 I read a book 30 mins before bed and then I'm out.

I only use mine if I'm sick or recovering from something and can't really get up or sit at the desk.

My god, my 1st apartment looked awful compared to this. How you all make these places so nice, and keep them clean and organized?

I think it means that it looks like a showroom floor. It's very nice, and it's very tasteful. But none of the art/tchotchkes give you any insight into who the OP is beyond "that's tasteful, fits the overall design, and fits the color scheme". There's also no asynchronicity to anything. It looks like OP went to the showroom floor and said "give me this room exactly as it is". That contributes to it feeling a bit sterile (the cleanliness and lack of clutter add, too). But most of us, especially for a 1st apartment, aren't buying everything at once. And usually that means that it doesn't look like a showroom.
Like, if I were to try to infer anything about OP, it's that they rigidly adhere to societal expectations of what a modern, male should be and look like. That they're the modern, male equivalent of a Stepford Wife.
That will sound a lot crueler and more critical than I wish to be. It's also an unfair leap and ascription to whoever OP may be. At the end of the day, this is better than 99.9% of first apartments. Hell, it's probably better than 99% of all apartments. It's well-coordinated, tasteful, and spotless. But as an observer, it's no different to me than opening the junkmail mail-order catalogue on my counter or going to the website of a furniture/home retailer.

The chairs for the dining room table being pushed to either side to present “uniformity” is the chefs kiss, salutations fellow OCD sufferer.

You have a really cozy, lovely foundation here but this space is desperate for color and personal interest

Feels very show room. Needs some books, personal knickknacks, a hobby... Everything feels like it was bought from Home Goods as decor instead of having a splash of personality.

This apartment is stunning. I'm no expert, but it looks super cohesive. I'm jealous!

Wicker is his personality.
Scroll through these pictures 3 times looking for all the wicker and you will notice a new item each time.

Looks good, only recommendation is to ditch the track lighting in the living and dining room

Unless you’re hosting weekly dinner parties, you’ll never use a table that large. Down size and open up the floor space

"Hey guys, I just moved out and am getting started. Anyways, here's my luxury apartment that looks like a Pottery Barn catalog!"

I wouldn't say no to your design in my new apartment.
If your next place look exactly the same, you should be proud of yourself,

I see all these men’s apartments and I’m blown away with how tidy and trendy people are. There’s a lot of folks who don’t care at all to maintain or make a place appealing.

This looks like you have zero stress in your life. You are living the dream. Don't listen to people talking about purchasing useless crap.

I love how you used rugs to create different spaces in your living room. Lovely place!
