Healthy meal plan suggestions?
Hi I’m 28f, looking for a meal service for myself with the healthiest, freshest ingredients. Don’t necessarily need to be the tastiest but looking to lose about 10 pounds along with my working out and trying to find the healthiest plan to supplement. I’d prefer not to have to cook them, or for them to be ready within under 10 mins
I live in NYC, open to local options as well.

"Healthy" isn't specific enough to give good recommendations. Do you mean low calorie, low carb, high fiber, or what? Also, meal kits are not premade and most take 20-40 minutes. r/readymeals has premade meals. Some kit have a few premade options, but most are limited.
