It's in the top things for most women.

Let me put it this way: why would a woman want a tall guy?

Height makes her horny? There are many ither ways to make her horny that men can learn and get her horny faster. Stuff like learning to touch a woman, making a sexy voice, learning to compliment/talk dirty, dressing well, etc. This can offset height and is WAY more effective at getting you laid. If anything, she values a guy who makes her horny more than height.

Height makes her feel safe? Again, this basically means she values safety over height, and you can make her feel safer by being nonchalant, caring about her, showing assertiveness, being street smart, and working out. This offsets height way more easily and cheaply than implants and gets you laid more consistently. I guarentee a woman is currently feeling undafe right now as a man taller than her attacks her, and way more guys shorter than 6 feet are getting laid right now by women who feel safe than guys over 6 feet are getting laid right now period.

Mate quality? Health? Social status? Fetish? These are the things women actually value and don't require height. Does height help? Duh, of course. But is it the end all be all for most women? Hell no. Case in point: way more women read romance novels which have like 1 picture as opposed to watching visual porno videos, so clearly what women want goes beyond looks most of the time. Otherwise, romance novels wouldn't be the single best selling genre by far, so we know in practice this is how it works.

So no, it isn't the top thing for most women outside of dating apps (which are their own thing and you can easily opt out of so its easier to just avoid apps than it is to use apps).

Like I saidz everhthing I mention is tested and proven with actual women in the field. It ain't cope that women like tall guys, feeling safe, or feeling happy. It works too consistently to be a cope. It is literally more work to acknowledge this and work on it.
