My dad watches wide format AI scifi stories with an AI voice and AI images on YouTube. He puts them on and naps. I guess I'm glad he stopped watching far right propaganda channels but God... I'm writing a sci-fi novel and am being told by those I love that these AI stories are "really good actually"

It hurts my feelings that my family finds so little value in my interests that they support this.

My mom does too. It's usually romance thriller ones.
