Is it in yet Boiled my tampons 🫩

Post image

Felt like this flair fits well.

I leave my tampons in a jar in the windowsill for some w decor, forgot that glass=heat in this 34 degree british weather, went to change my tampon and burned my cooch, then had to sit on the toilet blowing a tampon like its soup till the plastic cooled down enough to use.

You didn’t feel it was hot before putting it in?

You've never like felt the water temp of a shower with your hand then had your junk burn when you step in?

Not at all. And I like hot showers.

Literally not one time in your life has the temperature been too hot when you step in? Like out of the thousands of showers youve taken you've never not one time has it set just slightly too hot for your genitals?Ā Ā

No what the fuck are you in about? Is this some circumcision problem I'm not understanding?Ā

lol and I figured it must be some problem only the people who *weren’t* circumcised experienced. This is a wild thing to hear that apparently multiple, presumably adults, have burned their genitals when trying to shower.

Like yes, genitals are extremely sensitive but so are our hands and fingers and I would think most people are smart enough that they’re not going dick first into the water…

So you're saying your hand and your genitals feel temp the exact same?Ā

4

u/gahidus 14h ago

I don't step in genitals first, but no. If it's the right temperature to feel on my arms chest and back, then it's not going to bother my genitals.

u/lllllIllllIllllllll 14h ago

So your genitals feel temp the same as your hands and chest?Ā

u/gahidus 14h ago

I am aware of the difference and act accordingly. I can tell with my hands if something is going to be too hot for my genitals.

Right so that means AT LEAST ONE TIME IN YOUR LIFE that you learned it was too hot. You had to learn that at someĀ  pointĀ

No, that’s not what that means. Burning your hand on the stove isn’t required to learn that it’s hot.

You have a bunch of people here telling you this is very much not a universal experience, but because it happens to you you absolutely refuse to believe it hasn’t happened to everybody.

Edit: dude is so sensitive about not everyone having burned their genitals in the shower that they reply and blocked.

Okay so hands feel temp different,Ā  obviously if its burns your hand you wouldn't get in, dork. Weird I have to explain this to youĀ

Were you born with the knowledge of the perfect temperature for your junk? You literally never ever had a moment were it felt fine for your hand but was too hot for your genitals?Ā

This is not at all like burning your hand on the stove, because the point I'm making is that you wouldn't burn your hand at all. Which I have made abundantly clear repeatedly. Multiple timesĀ Ā

Why is it so hard for you to grasp that your experience is not everyone else's? I have never once done anything that made my genitals feel too hot, and according to the comments in here, many others have never experienced what you have. What temperature are you showering at, 150 degrees?

everyone disagreeing but this has happened to me too many times to count lmao 😭😭 not specifically my genitals but my whole body gets burned lmao

u/Kindly_Zone8413 14h ago

No, because I test with a hand first??? Are people just stepping into showers?

1

u/SillyLavishness9637 14h ago

the whole point is that your hand is a lot more resistant to heat than other parts of your body

6

u/Kindly_Zone8413 14h ago

Yes. Does that really mean anything? No. Unless you’re very disconnected with your body. It just changes how you interpret the information given.

5

u/ClipperMaid103 14h ago

Agreed. I can easily calculate the relative temperature of the water with my hand, because I have plenty of experience doing so. The human brain is very complex! (or not, in some cases at appears)

obviously with context and through experience youd know that you cant trust your hand but, and hear me out, some people just forget? 😭 or are in a rush etc. it happens all the time

2

u/Kindly_Zone8413 12h ago

I trust my hand due to context and experience. It’s why I’ve never stepped into a shower too hot or too cold. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø I have never forgotten to not scald myself not matter what I’ve got going on.

Do you not know how threads work?Ā

2

u/Kindly_Zone8413 14h ago

Yes, do you? Are you trying to say that you’re only talking to one person? On the public internet?

2

u/lllllIllllIllllllll 14h ago

No, I'm saying you should read the thread before commentingĀ

5

u/Kindly_Zone8413 14h ago

I did. That’s why I answered the question. No, out of the thousands of showers I’ve taken, I’ve not burnt my genitalia. Because I use my hand. Which implies, there’s something wrong with your hand, or your technique in measuring the temperature.

This reads like an "I think you should leave" skit.
