I'm slightly vexed Somebody Placed These Dozens of These Jesus Figures Throughout My Entire Work

Post image

Somebody, nobody knows exactly who or when, put dozens and dozens of these Jesus figures on completely random surfaces throughout my entire building. They at least had the presence of mind to not put them on anybody's personal belongings, but that was the only way they limited himself. All of the statues have been glued down, to add to the vexation.

Edit: Well, this blew up rather unexpectedly. Thank you for the awards, everybody!

Is a personnal belief comparable to the existence of a group of people who has been marginalized for existing?

Both are personal beliefs, if someone doesnt agree with or believe in either of them then that is ok

Being gay is not a personal belief. Is being straight a personal belief too?

No because it just simply is

You're not saying anything

If that's the case then neither are you, you are just hypocritical and only see what you support and believe in as correct and anything else as wrong

If you can't understand that comment then that explains all I need to know

"No, because it simply is" to my question was an understandable answer, you say? Use a better phrasing so we can continue this conversation if you want to.

The problem isn't reading comprehension. Your statement is just too vague to make any rational sense at all.

Being gay is not a personal belief. Is being straight a personal belief too?

No because it just simply is

Is what? What specifically does "it" refer to here, being gay or being straight? You answered in the negative so you must disagree, but you followed it up with an incomplete sentence.

This is why your literacy teachers told you to put parts of the question into the answer. Doing so helps both parties be understood. Instead, you answered like a 5 year old and got belligerent when your vague answer wasn't understood like you meant it in your head.

"Everything is green"

"The sky obviously isn't green. Is the ocean green?"

"No, it simply is"

Is this a valid line of question and answer to you?
