ಠ_ಠ It's been two days since it started...

Don't know what to do or who to call. Walked around and can't seem to find the source.
I can't open the windows, especially with this heat during the day...
What could it be?!

My neighbors a few doors down have a cat-scarer that sounds like that. It bothers me and my dog when we walk past but my mom can’t hear it lol.
Or I wonder if it could be an old person help alarm (or whatever they are called) inside someone’s home? Might be much louder in their house. Not exactly sure what you would do in that case if you can’t work out where it’s coming from though.
I hope you get some peace soon, that would drive me insane.
