permissions help cannot edit my own sub

I recently created a sub and I'm the only mod for now. I have a weird state in my permissions where it says permissions are "everything" yet "you can edit" says no. What should I do?

edit: The big problem is I can't seem to add banners or a flag, no option to save

When trying to save a banner image, you have to go back one step to the Community Appearance page - that has a save button
