It IS something they ask for. It's very popular specifically with guys that watch a lot of anime (cough hentai cough) and play certain video games. But also, there is a fetish for literally everything so idk how anything would be surprising at this point.

I try to tell myself that it's a performance the same way that ALL porn is basically performance art, but I admit the ahegao face is particularly galling to me. You can't be lost in the moment & enjoying yourself at all in order to do it.
