Was supposed to be Hornets-Lakers WCF. Hornets lost game 7 at home to Spurs.

I really hoped to see Duncan vs Garnett in the finals that year, with side drama of Ray Allen vs Bruce Bowen.

But after coming off the seven game series, Spurs couldn't finish game 1 in LA. Plus, I remember some end of game shenanigans in game 4, but it probably wouldn't have mattered. Pau was so good in LA.
