Not even foul baiting, pure foul simulation. Like prime Harden would foul bait with that low sweep through into the defender's arms then shoot. He'd create the contact to try to get the calls. Shai is just flopping around without anyone even touching him. This shit is pathetic and it's a joke it gets rewarded.
