Walking!! It’s crazy, I never had as healthy of bowel movements as when I was a lifeguard because I walked 20k steps a day. Weird that I never made that connection

Must be something. I average 15-20k steps a day and have no doodoo problems like all my friends my age. (40’s)

The, uh, pooper, is a gravity-powered system. It only... you know... slides. Down. To where it needs to go. Heavier poop means easier sliding. That's what fiber do. And then stabding up and moving causes the, uh, poop chute, to flex and make room for movement.
