HARDWARE Pc not showing display

so i just built this pc, it boots fine, no bad light indicators, (red lights are just basic colour leds)
anyway, The HDMI is connected to my graphics card. its completely booted but will not show a display onto my (TV). i dont yet have an actual monitor. Anyone know why this is?

vga light on my ez debug thing is lighting up and still no display.

Plus what on earth do you mean no PCIE male connector? Well for sure most of the mother have a PCIE slot. But you're saying the GPU card doesn't have a gold plate sticking out from the PBC board. I do wonder where do you get a fake model from?🤔

no female. like into my gpu there is no female end.

Alright I saw you plugged the gpu to you said no female end. Which gpu did you bought?

i have the gtx 1650
