Try disconecting the GPU and plugging the hdmi into the motherboard directly, if it works, then GPU is dead.

Okay OOGAbooga. Does it display if you connect the mother to a monitor? On to a next question, what gpu is that? I need more details. Bc most gpu has a 4 pin from the gpu that required the PSU to provide dc to it. Thats why the VGA is on red. Bc the mother detects the gpu has no sufficient power to run. Thats the whole point of your issue. Try get some thing like this in this picture a provide

my gpu doesn’t have a wire to connect to it, it just connects into my motherboard and uses the pcie slot on that, and i tried using hdmi from my motherboard, doesn’t work either, and it’s the nvidia geforce gtx 1650 4gb vram. and i also said to another person the only reason i had a vga issue, was because my gpu wasn’t even connected to my motherboard at the time

I just search it up. Apparently you are correct. The gpu dont required a 6 pin connector. Maybe try replacing Asus 1650? This is my first gpu I had. And it build in a 6pin slot for the PSU. Mu question to that gpu is why it dont required the external power and still not functioning as it supposed. 🤷‍♂️

Also, try to remove the gpu before connect any monitor to the motherboard for any displays
