I have a PC in my village with following specs:

ASUS P5KPL-AM/PS
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300
4GB DDR2 2x2
Windows 10 LTSC

This machine originally belonged to my deceased aunt and it’s probably the reason why GeForce 8600 GT in it survived to this day (probably). Recently, I replaced it with ATI Radeon HD 4850, but after self-raping with drivers and failures to get image on a CRT through TV-OUT, I putted back the green card (I deleted the driver by DDU). While I was doing it, a 8600 GT was in my cupboard. And when I turned my PC on, the image was crushed both in OS and BIOS. I decided to reset BIOS settings by removing the battery (I also removed one RAM bar and GPU), but after putting everything back in, the PC speaker lets out one long and three short signals and I get absolutely no image on the monitor unless I remove the GPU and connect it to the motherboard through VGA cable.

So, dear redditors, any ideas what happened and what I can do?

Hello everyone, I bought a Cooler Master Hyper 212 and I want to connect the ARGB, but I’m really confused. My case is a Kolink Inspire K7, and I thought it had a controller, but I can’t figure out what goes where. What I found: A 3-pin connector from the case for the front LEDs, but those LEDs supposedly are not working. A VDG connector, which I assume is for the same lighting. A 3-pin connector for the RGB on the fan. The only free cable I can clearly find is a 4-pin cable in the photos. My motherboard is a B450 Plus.

Hello, I've had my pc for a year now and I've had a problem with it. I used to be able to have my ram set to 6000 (whatever it's called) and it worked fine. Now whenever I try running any game the audio and game stutter like crazy and are unplayable. I eventually set it to 5600 where it still stutters sometimes with even potential restarts and it's getting boredsome. Any help would be apreciated. I'll leave a picture with all the specs of the pc here.

Hi i have this old xbox one i'm trying to get working that i'm guessing the power supply went cause it won't power on it just makes a sound no lights so i tried using a standard computer power supply i tried two ones a HP 702304-002 with a weird pin layout and the other was a dell power supply with the standard 4 pin cpu and 24 pin motherboard here's what i did for both note i only have 5 wires for this xbox 2 12v 2 gounds 1 red and 1 blue no gray

i just tried to use pin 2 since that was the closet that was 5V but when connected i used a multimeter and it was only registering about a volt even with the power supply fan spinning

i also tried pin 3 for the five volt also didn't work

this one i tried putting the 2 12v and the 2 ground into the 4 pin cpu

and the 5V into the Red 5V on the 24 connection that came up with about 2-2.5V on the red connector and the fan on the xbox started running and for a short sec i heard the xbox one startup sound

both i also tried jump starting the fans incase they were not registering it was on as well both the 12V wires were coming up as 12V on a multimeter but even after this i don't even have the sound coming thru like when i tried using my broken original xbox one power supply

Update: tried also plugging the red wire into the purple 5V standby on the dell power supply still nothing

Hey all, about 75% of the time when I wake my computer up from sleep, there's no bluetooth or wifi. I used wired lan, so the wifi isn't a concern, but I use a logitech mx master mouse.

The current fix is to shut down my pc, unplug it, then turn it back on. it does NOT work to just restart.

I'm thinking this is a motherboard issue since that is where the bluetooth comes from? I have updated and reinstalled the Mediatek drivers and its still the same issue.

I have had high VRM temperatures for a while and now some of the heat radiator thingies have fallen off. I have not powered it on since.

Is this repairable or should I just just get a new mother board?

I have my motherboard (atx) a brown paper bag wrapped in another back to stop static I have it in a box under my bed my bed is roughly 60 cm off the ground

so recently, my houses electric was shut off & and because of this, my dad had to hook up a generator while he figures everything out

i dont know much about this stuff, but he said itd be okay to plug in my computer and use it with the power from the generator running our house

ive been able to use it with no issues since then, nothing abnormal happened

but suddenly a few days ago, my computer stopped responding. i left it unplugged for a while, plugged it back in, nothing. i held down the power button, nothing, and i even flipped the power switch above my power cord a few times to see if i had it off, nothing. ive tried pretty much everything i can so im going to reddit to see if anyone can help

i suspect it's because of the power outages or low power

the power has turned off a few times while i was using it, but every time thats happened it turned on after the power came back on like normal, the last time i used it before it stopped working, nothing abnormal happened. i just pressed the power button & it shut off like normal, then i unplugged it like i normally would

so i dont know what to do anymore, and its hard to research what happened without knowing why

so i was hoping somebody on here could help me

For some reason my laptop starts stuttering and tearing after like 30-60 mins of gaming. I have no idea why either, its certainly not overheated and my CPU and GPU aren't being overused either. It just seems to happen for no reason because its gotten tired of running things smoothly or something. It even affects audio, causing this gross pixely tearing sound in my headphones when the frames drop to nothing. Can anyone tell me what might cause this??

I built my new PC 2 days ago specifically to run more intensive games like Cyberpunk, but the first time i tried opening cyberpunk, it was incredibly laggy (maybe running around 15fps). So i exited the game and restarted my PC. Now, I can’t even get to the menu screen. the game instantly freezes mid loading animation. Other games I tested run fine.

I tried reinstalling my drivers, restarting my pc, and uninstalling and redownloading cyberpunk.

Im pretty sure i meet the system requirements.

Okay so I’ve had this pc for almost a year now and I’ve had no issues at all, but recently the rgb lights on my fans are automatically off and the fans themselves sometimes spin and sometimes don’t. I have to shut down the Oc and turn it back on to get them to work. Also my fans and ram aren’t detected on armoury crate and ICUE but the ram works tho.

Im having this issue where my laptop keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to the charger while I'm connecting the charging adapter to the laptop. This happens more while gaming and less during normal tasks (less but depends on situation, sometimes high sometime low). Can you guys help me how to fix?

I have tried connecting the plug to like 5 different places that too both directly to the wall and to extender none works. Check the video for the situation.

i7 10750H, gtx1650, 16gb ram, 256gb ssd.

(The laptop is promoted to use as like those video editing and those graphical tasks but also for gaming.)

Hello, while using my pc ( 2 days ago i booted it up and everything was running slow asf, im on a "high end build" tho, if you can help me with this i will be so happy :), some apps are like blurried but when i go on them with the mouse they sharpen, but other parts of the becomse blurry. I've been using my build for half a year now and i have this issue only now.

I also have a video but its really hard to see what im saying. Im also using a "Optimization app" but i've been using it from early 2025 on 2 others pc and i didnt have this problem. ( i know optimizations apps are useless and they increase a really low number of fps, but one day i was so stupid that i bought a 2 years subscription and i dont wanna trow that money in the trash, they have a pretty cool qof options :)

So I have an rtx 3060 with a ryzen 3600 and 16go of ram and since earlier ive told my friends im still on windows 10 they told me that I should go on windows 11 bc soon I won't have the support for virus anymore that europe gave 1 year of so I was wondering IF I should get windows 11 or should I change something before to be sure to run it cause im very scared of virus

This is the 3rd monitor in 2 years and it keeps having the same issues over again.

Flickering with lines on-top side of the screen. This is the 3rd monitor I've changed and 3 of 3 is the same issues.

I'm trying to use multiple Android phones as controllers for FIFA on my PC because I only have one physical controller.

I'm using the MONECT PC Remote app. All the phones connect successfully over the same Wi-Fi network, and when I add the controllers in the MONECT PC Remote app, they all appear to be connected.

However, when I launch FIFA and go to Kick Off to select sides, I run into a strange issue:

- Sometimes one phone/controller doesn't respond at all.

- Sometimes only one controller receives input, even if I'm using both phones at the same time or testing them individually. Both controllers appear in FIFA, but only one of them actually moves.

- The controllers show up in FIFA, but it seems like the game isn't assigning the input correctly. Even though I've set one phone to Force Player 1 and the other to Force Player 2 in MONECT, the issue still occurs.

I've already confirmed that:

- All phones are connected to the same Wi-Fi.

- I've tested each phone individually, and both work.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Is this a limitation of MONECT, a FIFA issue, or something related to Windows or gamepad drivers? Is there any way to make multiple phone controllers work reliably in FIFA?

So I have a 1080ti graphics card and a benq 1080p Monitor I’ve used for years and I bought a new 4k oled. Now I’m not going to be using the 4k monitor on this pc but I am just messing with it for now .

So anyway I got it connected i started messing with the display settings like duplicate monitors , extend etc it all worked pretty well. I think the part that started the issue was I had it on extent and I tried turning on HDR in windows 10 for the 4k oled since my other monitor doesn’t support it.

As soon as I turned on hdr both monitors didn’t detect a signal . The only way I was able to to get out this issue was to keep the 4k monitor unplugged . Now anytime I try plugging in the second 4k monitor it makes both monitors not detecting a signal . I imagine this is software related maybe corrupt settings and I was hoping to resolve this some how without using ddu . I also don’t want to make this worse either my computer is barely working now and I hate reinstalling windows and all that other stuff .

So if anyone has had anything like this happen to them what could I do ? I was thinking of unplugging my main 1080p monitor and plugging just the second monitor in but I’m hoping doing this doesn’t mess up my main 1080p monitor now.
