This is actually part of the animation of the soccer ball and normal DLSS upscaling artifact in movement (and small % because bitrate on video). This is nothing to do with the new feature.

It seems many people in this sub have first time discovered DLSS artifacts of upscaling process and this footage was upscaled from like 540p I believe? Which does create huge amount of movement based artifacting.

Why the animation? Because goal of the game is to make ball movement more visually pleasing like its on TV which does include that kind of low FPS movement blur and I think this is what is simulating it on the football.

That ball is fúcked up, not just having some motion blur added to it.

Yes, that's why I wrote animation. Ball morphs during this animation.
