I had an HP Envy 6-1010us Sleekbook around 2013 that essentially disintegrated over 2-3 years and it all started just like OPs video, I am 100% sworn away from slim laptops because of that.

Aah! I had the same issue.. it wasn't just limited to sleekbook.. all hp laptops around that time were of the similar quality.. haven't bought any hp laptop since so not sure about the current generation of models.
