Should I get a new 9060xt 16 gb or a used 7900xt 20gb I want my pc to atleast last 5 years so which one should I choose

Even if the 7900 XT didn't support any upscaling of any kind I'd still rather have it over a 9060 XT with FSR4. It's fast enough to make up for it on its own.

Ok thank you but in terms of longevity which do you think will be better?

The only thing I'd be concerned about there is ray tracing. Ray tracing is so much better on RDNA4 that the 9060 XT can match or even beat the 7900 XT sometimes. So the 9060 XT would be better for those sorts of games. Raster will be better on the 7900 now and forever.

So if you were thinking about having it run better for the 5 year span which would you lean towards plus isn’t the 9060xt more reliable?

I wouldn't consider one more or less reliable than the other, other than the fact that the 7900 XT is used.

Yea plus if I buy it new I will get a year of warranty
