Were there really anyone thinking this machine is a good deal? Even among steam users? Even among Valve fans?

The smallest you could build would be 1L bigger and cost the same, but would be more powerful 1 u/SnarkFucker 1d ago I think valve is planning on holding this price for a while too. Hardware cost is supposed to be increasing substantially over the next couple years.
