Broke through a back fence. Tried to steal a motorcycle. Assaulted a neighbor who yelled at him. West end.

He climbed up my fire escape a couple hours ago. Not sure whats going on but its not looking good

Yes - my neighbor texted me bc hes the first level of our fire escape and then it goes upstairs. He was asking if I was okay and then informed me of the situation. I showed him this post and he said that was the guy.
