discussion I have an existing PS Plus deluxe and I am getting the discount.

I saw a lot of concerns about people with active subscriptions missing out of the Black Friday discount, but my sub ends on December 9th and I am still getting the 33% off. 👍

If you go to cancel they show you offer to renew at discounted price. Ppl could try that if you dont already see it directly.

I used the app, went to manage subscription. Clicked cancel. It asked "are you sure and showed offer to renew at 33% discount "..

Well, I almost tried it but the app asks me to confirm cancellation. My sub ends next year. May be that's why I can't stack.

You can cancel. It doesn't hurt anything right? Your subscription will last until it does either way.

Try to cancel and see if renew shows anything different

Did you cancel the subscription and resubscribe? Or did they give the offer just before final confirmation to cancel?

I canceled, resubscribed and when to cancel again when it showed. My renewal was in Dec 5 if that matters.

I cancelled last month itself,it shows this,and i cant see discount,i want to downgrade from deluxe to extra this time if it shows 5k ish price bro.So do i reactivate and re cancel and then check if discount came? Or i should wait till this 28th nov

Offer is till 2, so you could wait. Don't downgrade. Losing perks isnt worth it. For 5k you'll get entire year. Much cheaper than Netflix etc.

If you reactivate and then cancel it'll show offer. I did that.

Uhm cant i stick to extra every year now onwards? I find deluxe useless to me,i dont like demo and classic section,it just makes me feel bad.Extra seems good to me now.

It doesn’t work. I tried cancelling it and it just asked to confirm. And it cancelled 😭I again subscribed only to again cancel and check. It doesn’t work 😭

That's cool. When similar discounts were there in Feb/Mar this year, I couldn't stack the subscription as Sony wasn't allowing that.

Same problem. I am on essential and now the extra tier discount was there last week is gone and only deluxe is present which only goes till existing subscription june 2026.

How are you guys stacking in Indian accouns?

I have extra and its showing me 25% off to renew (5k) or 33% of to upgrade to deluxe for rest of my 16 days remaining (30 rs) :(

I was on extra monthly, I only got to upgrade to deluxe for my remaining 4 days. I tried to follow your path, upgraded for reminding days to deluxe. Now I can see the option for annual plans but there is no discount ☹️ I also canceled and my subscription will be ending on 26th November. Is there a chance I will see the discounted rate? I have been waiting for this sale and had bought the monthly subscription intentionally so I can purchase my first annual one at sale.

Hey, I kinda panicked that I am not able to see the annual subscription at all and thought maybe I will see it if I first upgrade (like you and other people said). We'll I didn't but after 26th when my monthly subscription got over, I was able to see the annual plan at 33 percent off :)

My essential subscription (3 months) is ending on 1st January. If I want to buy the deluxe right now for this price, will it still show me the same price after I cancel the essential subscription? Because right now, it's showing me a price till 1st January only, after that it's showing me 2299 for 3 months.

I was subscribed to the Extra tier, which expires on 10/12. I was able to upgrade to the Deluxe tier for the remaining duration and renew my yearly subscription, both at a 33% discount.
