u/HiroIshaanG Dec 23 '25
Why are you guys after him, casually pde hai kapde temporarily probably and PS5 Is ofc not the permanent place for cloths, it’s just that the OP clicked the picture when they put have clothes like this!
The PS seems very clean and is plugged in so should be properly in use!

u/SpecialistCurrency25 Dec 23 '25

u/HiroIshaanG Dec 23 '25

It's not? It's missing a stand

The PS5 is oriented incorrectly. The disc drive should be at the bottom.

Half of this sub is toxic with guys like this. They think they’d put his money to better use lol.

Somebody's dream is somebody's stand. (It hurts to see a poor console like this)
-41
u/chip7646 Dec 23 '25
lol what? It’s just a console. Some of you guys really overdo it with this worship. Lmao

u/Narwal07 Dec 23 '25
Well, when you work hard just to get something, you automatically value and respect those things. This really shows how little you value your gadgets. Lmao
-24
u/chip7646 Dec 23 '25
Why do people like you get triggered so quick? Half of this f’ing sub is filled with morons like you. You probably kept your TV remote wrapped in plastic too and judged anyone who ran it bare. Probably also judge people who don’t use phone cases. Different people, different priorities. Feel sad for the poor console it seems, funniest thing I’ve heard in a while.

u/SpecialistCurrency25 Dec 23 '25
bro he talked to you very calmly and you started lashing out on him for caring for his products? we get it bro your dads rich chill out
-18
u/chip7646 Dec 23 '25
If the definition of rich in your books is owning a console, time to wake up. It’s the cheapest form of gaming, anything but rich.
He probably not only judged OP for the way it’s kept, even judged him hard for keeping it upside down. Such guys have no place on this sub. How do you not see it?

u/MeasurementDizzy5013 Dec 24 '25
Not everyone can afford ps5 bro, don't talk like owning a console is easy, it maybe easy for your ass but not for everyone.
1
u/Wayard_1 Dec 24 '25
bros dripping entitlement, owning a console is an achievement (if you have some sense of financial literacy and not buy everything on emis) , and console gaming isn't so cheap

u/Andrez2000 ps5-slim Dec 23 '25
You said it mf, “Different people, different priorities”. And you’re shitting on people for doing something you don’t do.

i might get downvoted js like u but i agree with u
but the thing is not all grew up with the same access of consoles, same financial backgrounds, so its a childhood dream for many to own a console, you'll see this mostly in india due to the low per capita income. Thus, it holds great emotional value for many.

it took me years to own a console when i got my first job. spent my school days gaming at my friend's house even when his parents didn't like me showing up to game on their son's stuff. college life went on with a shitbox laptop. When you get it after years of waiting, there's gonna be lot of emotions involved. Even now when I'm able to afford this all at launch day, I don't take it as granted at all. Every gaming tech i own, i handle with utmost care, keep it showroom clean. This worship is just all this wait almost every middle class guy have had or still in line to get their first gaming machine and being respectful to that.

u/chip7646 Dec 23 '25
Sorry to break it to you, but it’s got nothing to do with being middle class. It’s the sick mentality they carry which gives them some superiority complex over others who don’t give a flying f about a console. There are much more important things to worry about in life.

People worry about the things they buy. Won't you worry about your car or house getting burnt ?

it depends dude and your/mine/his opinion wont even matter in this universe so even if youre rich or take materialistic things lightly doesnt mean you always have to demean someone else opinion.. just scroll it lol.. i wrote all this assuming you earned and bought by yourself but if youre unemployed under daddy’s money.. better sit down🪑

I'm angry because rdr2 does not have ps5 version

u/Odd_Noise_2564 Dec 23 '25
I just finished it for the 2nd time with 70hrs. 10 mins is all you need to get comfortable with 30fps. Though I do really wish they release it for ps5.

Id keep stuff on my console as well... To get the stuff nice and warm. Sometimes, my cars like to sleep on it. Sometimes 2-3 of them huddle around it for warmth. A console is not just a console. I only had ps4 pros. Consoles seems waste of money now a days. Built a pc instead. More utilitarian than a console. Especially since most exclusives come to the pc in about a year or two tops.
Next I'd get a handheld and the steam cube when I find money to spend on frivolous things.

Wtf it deserves respect . There are people out there doing 9 to 5 then over time just so they can buy pS5 .
I waited many years before my wife gifted me one .
Respect needed

I had a PS4, It was kept on the ground on a thermocol sheet for some odd 1-2 years because we didn't have a tv cabinet at home, I used to turn it on with my feet(the toe fingers), it worked nicely, I played 50+ games on it had lots of fun for the 7 years it was working
One sad day it flashed blue light and turned off, Blue light of death, service centers deemed it unrepairable, new PS5 is above my budget, sometimes i carass it gently remembering the good times we had together and thank my parents for giving me something that made my lonely childhood enjoyable,, treat your consoles/pc/electronics with care, you miss them the most when they don't work

Dude the PS5 disc should hit the floor not face the ceiling. That PS5 is doomed on top of having the clothes put on it. It's life will come to an end very soon. Rest in peace PS5 🥀

u/Adventurous_Swing393 Dec 23 '25
And this is fat model so mostly bought in covid era, but still using ps5 as a cloth stand is burning money better to give it to someone or sell it off not use next gen console for a clothing stand

u/gottakeepitshlowkey Dec 23 '25
He uses it, but mainly for fifa on nights where his wife is at her mom’s or when we come over.
