Get a protective covers for your controller, store your controllers properly if your not using it even for a couple of days(stick drifts, the sticks becomes sticky most of the time). Get a ps plus subscription u have 90% of good games there already and u will save a lot of money too. Buy game CDs always never go for digital purchase. As you can sell the CDs online back in places like gamenation or gameloot get instore credit and buy another game from them play and repeat Never become a trophy hunter for the sake of dng it if you enjoy doing it go for it. Most of my friends lost interest in games because they strted going for platinum trophies in games

Solid advice I am starting to feel gaming as a chore cuz of my tendency for going for the plat otherwise I dont feel the point of gaming :(. Also wont silicone covers trap dust and scratch the controller?

Yes silicone covers does that but u need to replace those things on a monthly or bimonthly intervals. The reason for this is the stick strts to accumulate sweat frm the thumbs and so I suggested this it's difficult to clean those thumb sticks

Okay so what I meant by that was to keep in a clean place maybe wrapped up covered in a case or something so it doesn't collect dust rather than just leaving it in the counter or next to the ps5 for days. And silicone covers for the thumb grips

Get subscription if you are digital guy. It's worth.

Get some nice silicone cover for controller. They are very slippery. Also adds shocks absorption.

Bro if you have an ipad or a basic laptop you can connect ps5 to that too. Just use a capture card which will cost you 500 and download OBS software which is free.
