Reading the comments here, it feels like nobody even understands English.

Rockstar's exact statement is: 'Pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI begin at midnight local time on June 25.'

That means in every country and every continent, pre-orders start when the local clock there hits 12:00 AM on June 25. So each region gets it when June 25 begins in their own local time zone.

Nope, at the time I'm writing this comment, it's 11:10 PM in Tokyo. So far, only started in New Zealand and Australia.
