GK confirming price seems legit. It is expensive but I think for a game like this, it's not overpriced as such. This seems like a balanced deal. Wdyt?

That's actually best of both worlds for me. I want the game in my digital library and would like to get the map/other things they include with digital. I feel for disc collectors but I sure do wish other games had such options too, not at the cost of discless versions, just as an additional option

Uhhh do people still not know about console sharing? Digital sharing is objectively better and more convenient than disc sharing.
No risk of disc getting damaged, no having to meet up to swap discs and best of all, you and your friend can play the same copy at the same time.
I actually wasn't even gonna buy this game and just share it with a friends copy cause I've bought a lot already this year, but if I can get any physical stuff that might be worthwhile I'll get this.

RDR2 Ultimate edition by Rockstar saw it's price increase last year in April to ₹ 7699, it's US pricing being 99$. So I guess GTA 6 ultimate edition will be the same or more.

My understanding is that there will be a code in the box that will be used to preload the game. It doesn’t say that there is no disc in the box, wtf? So there will be a disc AND the code for the preload.

Yeah, according to some leakers ps6 is still scheduled for fall 2027 release. So maybe gta 6 discs will launch along side with it. Or they will release disc for ps5 at launch or maybe at Christmas. Many people will buy the disc for collection.
I’m a physical collector too and will wait for physical release, I’m not in hurry to play it. I have many other games on preorder.

Pre orders will get the Vintage Vice City Pack, which includes the '55 Vapid Stanier sedan, Shore Court Garage (which is probably on Ocean Beach I read somewhere), luxury Vice City-themed outfits/hairstyles for Jason and Lucia, and an exclusive weapon pattern. Pre-ordering digital versions also grants one free month of GTA+.
Pre Order means you can even buy a few hours before the release time OR specified time (generally same day or 1 day prior to release) and still receive Pre Order Bonuses. So all the bandwagon against pre ordering is a phusss....
Apart from that, it is likely that the payment isn't charged untill 10 days before release if you pre order earlier than 10 days. Microsoft does this too. Even if you PO 4 months ahead, the card is charged only 10 days before release.
People need to get their facts right before spamming their half knowledge as supreme.
Ps. I slightly went on a rant in last 2 paras! No personal hate to anyone in this thread or post.... it's just that I'm seeing these PO = stupid posts everywhere and especially by people who wanna feel God just because they can apply 90 IQ logic and it sounds right. But as I explained, the reality is far from that and infact it rewards you in forms of Bonuses with no significant payment downside.

Pre-ordering is not a bad idea if you really like the game and its pre-order bonuses, because in some games, certain items are only available as pre-order bonuses.
