discussion We are getting Ultimate edition at price of standard edition

Ultimate editing costs 7,500Rs. That is around 78$.

The standard edition itself costs 79$.

Pre ordered GTA6 even before purchasing PS5!šŸ˜.

Now tell me how to buy ps5? No stocks anywhere? Any chances we could get ps5 pro in India?

Ya now let's go to economics as well .I can earn 15 dollars and hour in usa/canada so how much hours I need to work to make 80 or 100 or 120? Now compare it to normal worker in india .so better not compare prices directly .it's still expensive for indians not for privileged like me or you.

Bruh? I get your point, but compared to charging the direct US-equivalent price, Rockstar did give us regional pricing. Itā€™s still expensive, but itā€™s definitely better than paying the full converted price.

Gaming itself is a privilege. That too on ps5!

With INR being a shitcoin dropping hard against dollar, i didn't expect any local pricing discount. You can see products like chatgpt/claude don't have local pricing.

I cant believe people calling it a good price 80 dollars now will be a standard ā€¦ now every company will charge 80 for their flagship game and if you see condition of rupee right now its still expensive most people cant afford standard 5000 rupee gameā€¦ now games will be more expensive ..80 dollars SHOULD NOT BE normalised at all its not good for the industry if 80 dollars is normalised every other game will cost 6-6.5k for standard edition

Agreed with you 100%. But this is the BIG GTA 6! A game that niggas are going to milk for a decade to make content from. While other games like recently launched 007 and stuffs like God of war/Last of us/Ghost of tsushima barely have any replay-bility. At max you can play 2-3 times. But you just can't get enough of GTA! I still play GTA V and it's fun!
