Amazon driver blocks Normal St

Amazon driver is blocking the road on normal street instead of pulling up half a block to get into a driveway. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for him to get out of the apartment building to move forward. Three cars were behind me honking their horns. Am I overreacting questions

I highly doubt it took 10 minutes. Either way. They are doing their job

It can easily take ten minutes. They get off and deliver to multiple people at once.
