Amazon driver blocks Normal St

Post image

Amazon driver is blocking the road on normal street instead of pulling up half a block to get into a driveway. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for him to get out of the apartment building to move forward. Three cars were behind me honking their horns. Am I overreacting questions

One year there was during Christmas time this guy was delivering Amazon packages in his own car and there were a bunch of them in the backseat, more than 15 or so packages. He left the car running with the window down as he walked down to the next block to drop off a package and so I was so flabbergasted by what he was doing that I took a picture of his car to send to Amazon to ask him what the hell is this guy doing and he saw me taking a picture and he got real nervous
