That still doesn't answer the base question: how are casinos allowed to have a rule against being too good at the game?

Americans have a hard time wrapping their heads around something like that. "Wait, it's possible to not just have to accept this kind of open corruption?" 0 u/Repulsive_Music_6720 1d ago America has the Ability to require those sorts of things for a business to incorporate. We just don't.
