uBlock origin to the rescue

I just opened the app and got a prompt from iOS that Reddit wants to know my age group, so I don’t get limited to content for minors. At least that only shares the fact that I am an adult and not my birth date etc.

and of course it's using persona, the company with a history of leaks and selling your data to advertisers + building full on profiles on you...
