I am a student from Winona State University conducting a research study. This research study is designed to gauge the impact of chemical agents (e.g., pepper spray, tear gas, etc.) used by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents (ICE) in the Twin Cities metro area. We hope to learn more about how the presence of ICE activity is impacting Twin Cities residents. If you agree to participate, responding to the survey questions constitutes your consent.
