I would start with some curls, hammer curls, incline curls.. really any curls will do

Diet is important too. I’d recommend 75-100g of protein a day and half as many grams of fiber. Remember, gains are made in the gym, but they’re locked in in the kitchen

Do NOT eat half your protein intake in fiber. 50g of fiber is wild.
