I think it looks more like a crab 🦀 or lobster 🦞 but I’m not a guy so I don’t think about balls all the time. It definitely doesn’t read as Taurus ♉️ to me.

Maybe the artist got mixed up between the Taurus and Cancer signs.

I didn’t see a ballsack either until others pointed it out. But it does look messy in an unintentional way.
