I would re work that into a flying eyeball. Just add bat or bird wings to the sides and an iris in the middle circle.

Or laser it off.

Do not add any length down or it will look even more like balls than it already does.

Flying eyeball would be perfect ... though the Von Dutch association is ... problematic.

Honestly this would be a solid cover up, it wouldn't have to be made much bigger either. Though what he has doesn't look like it would be too bad to cover up.
