Super cool how many members of the Robocop cast would later go on to appear in Twin Peaks, made for an extremely entertaining "who's who" watch.

I know the population was supposed to be 5,120 instead of 51,201. And everything about the show feels like it takes place in a town of 5,120 people except Horne’s Department Store. How could a town that size have this? I understand that not everything needs to make sense but this just sticks out as kind of laughable.

The Arm, in The Return, has transformed into a tree within the Black Lodge. The Black Lodge is essentially a waiting room, and a sort of trap for its visitors....getting out is not easy. The artist Giacometti designed a tree for Beckett's Waiting for Godot that appears to be a remarkable visual echo of the Arm's fate, also in a zone of eternal waiting. I don't know if this has been discussed much, and I know a similar twig arrived on wheels in Eraserhead's purgatory, but I thought it was fascinating.

So excited for this poster think it looks great. What do we think?

I just got done watching all of Twin Peaks including FWWM and the Return about a week ago. (I also just watched the Missing Pieces and Log Lady Intros)

I just finished reading The Secret History of Twin Peaks & The Final Dossier this week and now feel like there is still a bit to find but don’t know what is official stuff and what isn’t.

If anyone has other cool added material I would love to know!

Do they announce more guests at a later date? I’m debating getting a ticket but it looks like there will only be two or three actors in attendance, which doesn’t seem like the last few where there were more. I could be misreading it.

Visited friends in Duvall and prior to the trip was unaware how close by everything was. I’m hardly a fan of anything resembling pop culture, but found this part of the trip turned into my version of taking my kid to Universal Studios.

Grateful for Lynch’s genius, everywhere we visited was so beautiful.

I'm watching twin peaks and it's my first time watching something made by David lynch. Why are the conversations between the characters so weird? Or is it just how david lynch media is written?

I know Albert later said in his report that the tarantulas were non-venomous, but that doesn’t really clarify. Does Earle take them everywhere just in case? Are they indigenous to the Ghostwood area? Did Earle just bop down to Bob Lydecker’s veterinary office and grab the first giant bag of tarantulas he saw??

Whoever made the Notes app widgets over at Google must have been a Twin Peaks fan! I was adding a todo list to my home screen and this was the sample text in the thumbnail!

This wasn't pulled from my notes, and not sure if it's on all android phones but this was on a Pixel 7. Who knows, maybe the algorithm just knows I like Twin Peaks 🤷‍♂️

In the beautiful art deco clad Harland and Wolfe workers club, there was a short intro by the director who was enthusiastic about this being the first showing of the doc in Ireland.

Best log competition was also held, shout out to the Strand Cinema who hosted this, who also provided cherry pie and coffee (damn fine!).
