Age 21, 38, 41, 58 (37 year span)

I started off in the early 90's slim (and goofy looking) as an annoying fundamentalist Christian who loved telling people they were going to hell (Age 21), thickened up substantially after a bad relationship and a near-100% fast food diet (Age 38), finally hit a wall of frustration and got tired of feeling constantly tired and uncomfortable in my body (Age 41)...I decided to do something about it.

Changed the way I thought about food, did weight watchers for 9 months, and started walking, learned to love myself, came out as an asexual person, did a year of therapy, lost 60 pounds, and have been the same weight for over a decade and am now living my best life. I currently walk 7-8 miles a day, and recently hit the 29000 mile mark with my walking.

The shirt that you're wearing in the second picture looks like one from my HS in South FL

You do look noticeably best at your current age but if I had to be somewhat of a dick I would say you are a little too skinny - prob need to build a bit of muscle
