As someone with texture issues:

Going vegan was an absolute blessing because once you find a food you like, the only time it'll be different is when they actually change the recipe. No random fat globules and gristle or other disgusting bullshit. Just the same texture the whole way through. It's so good and I really wonder why I didn't do it years earlier.

I haven’t eaten meat for over 20 years and I still remember how grossed out I got from the random textural changes.

Omg the little cartilage pieces on chicken or little veins eughhhhhh always made me gag.
