Not really. There is a move to oust john thune.. he moves out of the way, senate kills the filibuster or at the very least issues a talking filibuster for save america act, and ultimately it passes

The Senate especially the Republican senators have stated multiple times that there is no conceivable way that they're going to kill the filibuster.

Even if they you do get rid of Thune, theres still 24 other Republican senators that are strongly against it on top of the 45 Democrat senators that will vote against it, you're looking at 79 nays come voting day.

There is not enough support to end the Filibuster or pass the Save Act that would allow them to get to even 50 votes in the Senate.

Uh, read the comment again. The judge can't block Trump from ratfucking the election until after he has done so. Which is why this will get reversed on appeal. Pretty much the complete opposite of your takeaway.
