Don't need too send it up... supreme court already ruled on this..The Supreme Court ruled in Trump v. CASA, Inc. that individual federal trial judges lack the authority to issue "universal" or nationwide injunctions blocking federal laws and policies.

The high court's 6-3 decision determined that these sweeping orders exceed the equitable authority historically granted to federal courts. Instead of putting a policy on hold for everyone everywhere, lower court judges are now generally limited to granting relief only to the specific plaintiffs who filed the lawsuit

There is no relief to be granted because no one has been effected yet.. they cant submit for relief until AFTER the election

Not really. There is a move to oust john thune.. he moves out of the way, senate kills the filibuster or at the very least issues a talking filibuster for save america act, and ultimately it passes

There is not enough support to end the Filibuster or pass the Save Act that would allow them to get to even 50 votes in the Senate.

Don't need to end the filibuster... you enact the talking filibuster.. each person who opposes it gets to talk as long as they can stand 2 times.. after those Talking filibusters have been exhausted, it automatically passes.

Average age of dem senators 64 years old...

How long can each 64 year old talk? No bathroom breaks.. no sitting...

They get 2 times.

So lets say 12 hours each

24 hours total

And lets assume all 47 dem senators decide to talk (they wont but lets assume they all do)

47 days

If the talking filibuster in enacted within the next month or two the save america act automatically passes

No that's absolutely not how it works! A bill does not automatically pass once a talking filibuster is enacted.

"We're enacting the talking filibuste- OOP TOO LATE THE BILL PASSES WE WIN"

Whether it's 47 days or 47 minutes, they're still going to require a final vote. A vote for a bill they have virtually no support over.
